\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Duo LennaK, consisting of Paulina and Miia, was formed in 2020 when both began studying the chromatic kannel at the Georg Ots Tallinn Music College. The kannel is a very special instrument for them \u2014 something both ancient and modern at the same time. The development of the kannel as a professional instrument continues to this day, and many techniques are still undiscovered.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Duo Paulina and Miia\u2019s repertoire consists of classical and contemporary music, and they also perform their own compositions, drawing inspiration from folk melodies from various countries.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Paulina and Miia describe their musical collaboration as something spiritual and cosmic.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The duo has performed in prestigious venues such as the Arvo P\u00e4rt Centre, Estonia Concert Hall, MUBA, and EMTA, and has also participated in festivals both abroad and in their home country.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The ensemble has achieved several awards in international competitions in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, and Austria.<\/p>\n
