TARPTAUTINIS FOLKLORO KONKURSAS-FESTIVALIS “SAULÄ–S Ĺ˝IEDAS”

      The ensemble, formed by four enthusiastic women who wished to sing sutartinės, was established in 2012. Each year, the group participates in various events interwoven with Baltic and Lithuanian folk traditions – Jorė, Rasos (Midsummer), Advent-Christmas celebrations, Ilgės, The Path of Bread, The Linen Path, and the Spring and Autumn Equinox events.

      In 2024, the ensemble took part in the Folklore Day of the Lithuanian Song Festival “Kad giria Ĺľaliuotų” (May the Forest Be Green), which marked the festival’s centenary. In 2024, the ensemble was granted the Amateur Art Group Category II status.

      Every year, new members join the ensemble — currently, 14 women sing in the group.
