The Sutartinės Singing Group “Alsūnė” of the Molėtai Culture Centre was formed in 2017. Over the past three years, “Alsūnė” has given more than 60 performances at various regional and national celebrations and festivals.
The ensemble has participated in: the international folk festival “Skamba skamba kankliai” in 2022, 2023, and 2024; the annual Aukštaitija regional sutartinės festival “Sutarjėla”; the intangible cultural heritage festival “Trauk stintelę 2022” in Palūšė, Ignalina district; the 2023 Pentecost event “Sekminės Paberžėje” in Kėdainiai district; the 12th National Children’s and Youth Folk Art Performers Contest “Tradicijų paveldėtojai”, where the ensemble received a laureate diploma; the LRT television show “Duokim garo”; the 2024 international folk festival “Atataria lamzdžiai” in Kaunas; the 4th International Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival “Lauksnos” in Klaipėda; the centennial Lithuanian Song Festival “Kad giria žaliuotų” – participating in both the Folklore Day and the final concert “Rasi rasoj rasi.”
